The holidays are around the corner. After the unusual down time of the pandemic, friends and family are raring to reunite and celebrate for the much-needed holidays. So are we!

This winter, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III Cultural and Art Museum are jazzed to co-host the exhilarating Covina Tree Lighting ceremony and Festival, one of the community’s favorite events, together with City of Covina Park and Recreation Center and the Covina Christmas Parade Committee to bring our community together for celebration!

The Holidays are all about gathering for fun. Take a break from your hectic life and relish in the merry-making at Covina’s 31st Tree Lighting Ceremony! Dance to the live band in the swirling snowfall around the twinkling Christmas tree. Giddy up the kids train for a ride through the cheerful, whimsical land. Take photos with the twinkly Santa and write him a heart-melting letter! Strike a pose with the adorable lighting sculptures and photo ops. Cheers with hot chocolate or coffee and get comfy by the tree. Stricken by an impromptu creativity? The Kids craft activities are ready to let your artistry shine! Have I mentioned the giveaways? There is so much more fun for you and your loved ones to enjoy and weave an unforgettable memory together!

We look forward to seeing many smiling faces to kick off the holiday season. The fun-filled event starts at 5pm on November 5th at the Covina Heritage Plaza and the Museum Parking Lot located at 170 E. School Street, Covina, California.
